This assessment is designed to help you reflect on different areas of your psychological development and identify the themes that may be most important for you at this point in your life.
It is not a test of how well you are doing, and there are no right or wrong answers.
The questions explore areas such as self-awareness, emotional capacity, your ability to make choices and take action, relationships, meaning, purpose and your developing sense of self.
Your responses will be brought together into a Development Map, giving you a picture of your current strengths, areas that may need greater attention, and the developmental priorities that appear most relevant to you now.
The results are intended as a starting point for reflection rather than a fixed description of who you are.
Try to answer as honestly and instinctively as you can, based on how you generally experience yourself rather than how you think you should respond.
Allow around 10–15 minutes to complete the assessment.
